What counts as a completed booking?
A booking is considered completed when the provider marks the job as done and the customer confirms. Commission is charged only on completed work — cancelled or declined jobs do not incur a fee.

Payment gateway fees are passed through at cost. These vary by payment method but are typically around 2.5–3% of the transaction value.
How do additional Team seats work?
